Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for purchases being shipped to the lower 48 United States. If you’d like to ship to Canada or Mexico please contact us via the form below.

How do you ship your products?

Goods are shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Product arrival will vary depending upon product availability as displayed in the product page. If the ordered product is in stock then wakaNINE will ship within 3-5 business days. Transit time for your order will vary dependent on the destination. If you believe your order is delayed or have any questions please contact us below.

Hush Micro Fabric Care

Blot spills from fabric quickly. Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid rubbing and excessive amounts of water as this will affect the finish. Use carpet or upholstery shampoo as directed. Blot with a clean dry cloth after each application of solution. Custom printed material requires the services of a specialist cleaning company. For more information, please see our full care and maintenance instructions.

Hush Micro Moisture Exposure

Polyester fibre when exposed to an atmosphere of 122˚F at 90% relative humidity for four days showed moisture absorption of less than 0.03% by weight. Polyester is not affected by moisture, mould or mildew and will not rot or deteriorate in intended use situations.

Exchange arrangements for in-stock products can be made up to 30 days after purchase of your product. This does not apply to clearance items, as all clearance purchases are final. Contact orders@wakanine.com to inquire about eligibility and exchange processes. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Order cancellations for regular sale products requested within 48 hours of purchase will be refunded in full. Order cancellations requested outside of 48 hours will be refunded in full less the cost of shipping if the order has been shipped. All clearance product sales are final and cancellations cannot be applied after purchase.

We want you to love your new light fixture! That said, we understand that sometimes not all situations can be predicted. We offer returns on all regular sale items shipped back to our warehouse for up to 15 days upon arrival minus a shipping and restocking fee (where applicable). All returns must be approved by wakaNINE. Return requests should begin by emailing orders@wakanine.com, a member of our team will be in touch shortly after.

Restocking fees are assessed based on the condition and completeness of the returned product

    • 10% restock fee if fixture is in perfect & pristine condition 
    • 20% restock fee if there are minor issues  
    • 40% restock fee if damage is significant

All clearance items are non-returnable as stated on their product page.

The warranty policy below applies to all regular sale products from wakaNINE. All clearance item sales are final and the below warranty does not apply.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives in less-than-perfect condition or fails to wear as well as we would all hope and expect, please let us know. Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) in the HUSH Micro lamp for a period of one (1) year from the product’s original date of purchase (individually and collectively, the “Warranty Period”); Claims regarding missing parts must comply with the requirements detailed below.

Please note that this Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other person. This Limited Warranty cannot be extended or transferred to re-sold products.

Repair or Replacement

During the Warranty Period, wakaNINE will, at wakaNINE’s discretion, either cover the cost to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to replace the defective product with a new product of equal value without charge. wakaNINE will also cover the actual and reasonable shipping costs to return the defective product to us and for us to deliver the repaired or replacement product back to you. Any such repair or replacement will be subject to verification of the defect and proof of purchase, as confirmed by showing the order number and the original, dated sales receipt.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from use other than ordinary residential use or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use outdoors or in unrestricted public places, unless agreed to by wakaNINE in writing at the time of sale.
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, abnormal use or customer accident
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse (after expiry of our 15-day Free Return period)**
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage incurred during assembly, disassembly or maintenance

wakaNINE makes no express representation or warranty whether written or oral and, to the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, wakaNINE disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express Warranty Period set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.

The terms contained in this Limited Warranty, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product to the purchaser.

All claims under this limited warranty must be filed by the customer to wakaNINE directly.

wakaNINE advises that the purchaser retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty claim purposes.

Claim Procedures

Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. Claims for defective wakaNINE products under this Limited Warranty must be made within five (5) days from the invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within five (5) calendar days after the product is received. We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection. For defective product claims, customers may be required to submit pictures as well as a copy of the original invoice. If wakaNINE determines that the claim is justified, the product(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced with a new product or part of equal value, or the purchase price refunded, at wakaNINE’s sole discretion.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please see this warranty document for further info.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.


Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.


Section 3 – Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.


Section 4 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


Section 5 – Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

wakaNINE reserves no obligation to monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Section 11 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall wakaNINE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless wakaNINE LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.


Section 15 – Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.


Section 16 – Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).


Section 17 – Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

Terms and Conditions

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law, outside the United States (incl. D.C.). Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Sweepstakes begins on January 1st, 2023 at 9:00:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on December 31st, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, inc., Twitter, inc., or Instagram, inc.

  1. Eligibility: wakaNINE Customer Reviews Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the forty-eight (48) mainland United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (at least 19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska and at least 21 years of age in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of wakaNINE LLC (“Sponsor”) and/or any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.   1. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes, either by writing an original review on www.shop.wakanine.com (the “Website”) or by submitting a postcard with required information to the address set forth below.
  2. Review Method of Entry: To enter by writing a review, eligible participants must go to the Website during the Sweepstakes Period, select a product that they own or have purchased and for which they have not submitted a review on the Website at any point in time, and follow the steps to write and submit an original, accurate review on that product (“Review”). Reviews must reflect the entrant’s actual experiences with and opinion of the product. Participants must sign up for a shop.wakaNINE account (if they do not already have one) in order to submit a Review. Signing up for a shop.wakaNINE account is free and requires the submission of an email address and the creation of a password. Please complete all required information on the review submission form, including providing a rating of the product, information about the sizing of the product, whether you would recommend the product, and the nickname you would like to use in connection with your Review. Entrants also have the option (but are not required) to provide a written summary and additional information, and to submit photos in connection with their Review, at their sole discretion. Upon submitting your Review, you will automatically be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

By entering this Sweepstakes via the Review Method of Entry, you signify and agree that your entry and any other materials submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes may be posted on Sponsor’s website and/or other social media sites or applications associated with the Sweepstakes in a manner that is consistent with these Official Rules.

Please note: All Reviews submitted via the Website must comply with the requirements set forth below.

Entries, photographs, comments and content submitted or uploaded to the Website, any social media sites or other public sites in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Content Submissions”) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene, or contains nudity or racist innuendo; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) or copyrighted materials (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published via websites, television, movies or other media) owned by others, without permission; (v) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an entrant; (vi) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsor’s brand; and/or (vii) violates any law.   1. Selection of Winners: Potential winner(s) will be selected bi-annually from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period at a time and date chosen by The Sponsor. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the potential winner has been selected, the potential winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with his/her shop.wakaNINE  account or the email address provided on the postcard used to enter, whichever is applicable. Within the required time period (if applicable), or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held per Sweepstakes, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-awarded.

Verification of Potential Winners: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. Prize Restrictions: Any and all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any website associated with the Sweepstakes, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
